Congratulations to David Crossett who graduates tomorrow and receives his Ph.D. from the University of Ulster in Coleraine.
"Pray one for another." Remember in prayer those with long-term illnesses who are often unable to worship with us: Mr. Callender, Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Hanna. Pray for Mr. McAuley as he continues his dialysis treatment. Remember Mr. Crossett as he recovers from surgery. Pray also for the family members who provide care for the sick that the Lord may give them the necessary strength. "The effectual fervent prayer ... availeth much" (James 5:16).
The Council will hold its monthly meeting tomorrow evening at 7:30 PM.
Our Tuesday morning Bible study meets at 11 AM on "Eschatology and Time." This will be our last day on the "last days" in Daniel, Ezekiel and Joel.
Men’s Bible Study will be held at the Kennedys at 8 PM next Saturday, 7 July. Discussion will be on chapter 4, "The Discipline of Fatherhood."
